Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it’s locked in. We’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll get an email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

What’s your return policy?

We currently do not offer returns for refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase, we can assist you with an exchange or offer store credit for a future purchase. Store credit is valid from one year of issue date. 

How can I submit a return for exchange or store credit?

If you would like to proceed with an exchange or store credit, please email info@foreverreckless.com to set up your return and receive your prepaid shipping label. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to us.
